Moonlight Snowshoe ("Family-friendly Program")

Enjoy an enchanting night time trip through the shimmering snow, illuminated by light of the moon. We may see signs of flying squirrels or the tracks of foxes, hear the howls of coyotes or the hoots of owls. Bring the family, or treat your loved one to an evening to remember. We will provide the hot cocoa and homemade cookies to warm you up afterwards! Dress warmly and bring snowshoes (we have a few pairs available for a modest fee). If there is a lack of snow we will hike without snowshoes (bring warm boots and wear wool socks!) to partake of winter’s moonlit magic.

| We have had many adults without children attend this program over the years. It is a perfect introduction to tracking for those who may not be willing to spend an entire day in the outdoors during the winter. It is a great program to bring your loved-one on, and is a memorable Valentine's day gift!

| Please note: for safety reasons, we must ask that each child is paired with one adult. Children must also be well-behaved, in order to ensure a pleasurable experience for all.
